UGCVideos.co turns a brand or product brief into UGC ads, performance marketing videos, brand videos, and product videos, ready to run on platforms like Meta and YouTube. Output quality depends on the materials and information you supply.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
UGCVideos.co is offered on a monthly subscription plan. Your first video is free; continued use is billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the product details, brand assets, and other materials you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant UGCVideos.co a limited license to use, process, and store it solely to generate and deliver your video and operate the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.
6. Advertising Platform Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that videos generated through UGCVideos.co comply with the advertising policies of the platforms you run them on (including Meta and YouTube) and applicable advertising laws before you publish them. UGCVideos.co does not guarantee approval by any specific ad platform.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use UGCVideos.co to submit content you don't have rights to, to generate misleading or fraudulent advertising material, or to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
UGCVideos.co and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, you receive a license to use the videos generated for your brand for marketing and advertising purposes.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UGCVideos.co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any impact on ad performance or business outcomes.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UGCVideos.co is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
